Today we acquired MLS Ingest — the company that connects, ingests, normalizes, structures, and delivers MLS property data for modern search, software, and AI.

We are building a connected operating system across transactions, compliance, CRM, commissions, accounting, recruiting, websites, analytics, automation, and AI. MLS Ingest adds the layer underneath all of that: the property data that describes the market.
MLS data is still one of the most fragmented problems in real estate technology. MLS Ingest was built to connect disparate MLS sources, normalize them, structure them into consistent formats, and make that data usable across modern applications. That work now lives here.
Building the operating system for real estate means going deeper than the software people see on the screen. MLS data is one of the foundational layers beneath this industry. With MLS Ingest inside Brokurz, we can connect property data directly with agents, clients, transactions, operations, and AI.
