Leadership
Leadership is temporary. Its consequences are not.
Long after the title is gone, character is measured by the condition in which you leave the people who trusted you.
COO & Co-Founder
Culture is not something that stays inside a company. Eventually, customers feel it.
If people are afraid to speak up, problems remain hidden. If speed matters more than care, the customer pays for it. If mistakes become someone else’s responsibility, trust disappears.
My role is to make sure the company behind Brokurz is as thoughtful as the platform we are building.
That means creating an environment where honesty is safe, care is never mistaken for weakness, accountability does not become blame, and doing the right thing never requires permission.
You may never see most of that work.
But if I do it well, you will feel it every time Brokurz shows up for you.
Shelly Seifert
Founder & CEO
Usually, this is where a founder lists his accomplishments and explains why you should trust him.
I’ll skip that. And I won’t sit here and pretend someone else wrote this bio. I wrote it.
And now that I have your attention, I want to make you a promise.
I will never forget that while Brokurz is the company I am building, your brokerage is the company you risked everything to build.
I will not always have every answer. We will not always get everything right the first time. But we will listen, we will tell you the truth, and we will keep showing up until what we build is worthy of the people trusting us with their business.
That is the leader I am still working to become, and the company I promise Brokurz will always try to be.
