How do team leaders get started?
Sign up as a team leader if your broker is not on Brokurz, or ask your broker to enable Production Teams under their account.
Is this just the broker dashboard with different words?
No. Standalone teams are their own tenant with a Team Command Center. Production Teams nest under a brokerage with leader-scoped permissions — not full broker billing, offices, or firm settings.
How do member splits work?
Assign each agent a commission plan and configure leader participation. Brokurz calculates at close. Coordinator fees can be paid from the team leader’s Stripe Connect.
Can teams use their own brand and website?
Yes. Upload branding, publish a team site, and connect a custom domain. Sites under a brokerage stay co-branded when the broker allows.
