Solo Agent is live. Independent producers can now run leads, deals, documents, marketing, commissions, and daily operations on Brokurz - without joining a brokerage on the platform.

Most agents already know how to run a CRM.
What they are really running is a business: leads, clients, listings, offers, contracts, documents, deadlines, marketing, follow-up, and commissions. The CRM only covers the first slice. Everything else gets pushed into inboxes, Drive folders, checklists, and spreadsheets.
Today, Brokurz is opening to independent agents with Solo Agent, so you can run that whole business in one connected system.
A CRM stores contacts.
Brokurz runs your business.
That is the gap agents feel every day. Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, and the rest help you manage people and follow-up. The moment a deal gets real, you are back in another tool for documents, another place for tasks, another system for marketing, and a spreadsheet for money.
Brokurz connects the operation end to end:
It is not another app in your stack. It is the system your business runs on.
If you produce on your own, you are the salesperson, marketer, transaction manager, administrator, client service team, and business owner.
Solo Agent gives you the operational structure of a serious real estate company without forcing you into a brokerage seat on Brokurz you do not need.
Open Brokurz and see what needs attention. Keep every part of the deal connected. Catch problems earlier. Operate like a larger business without adding more admin work.
Begin as one producer. Add an assistant or transaction coordinator later. Build a team. Open a brokerage. Your clients, files, workflows, and history stay with you.

Brokurz is the AI Operating System for Real Estate. Built by a real estate broker, it helps agents and firms run pipeline, transactions, documents, marketing, money, and growth in one connected system instead of a pile of disconnected tools.
