Company credits growth and community support for move to lower setup fee and new annual incentive
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Brokurz today announced an update to its setup pricing designed to lower the barrier for brokerages adopting its AI-powered brokerage operating system. Effective immediately, the standard setup fee is $500. In addition, any new customer who pays annually will have the setup fee waived.
The company attributed the change to strong customer growth and a commitment to reinvest in the ecosystem that has supported Brokurz since its earliest days.
“We’ve been fortunate to welcome new customers and grow alongside the teams who trust us to run critical workflows - from transactions and commissions to recruiting and marketing,” the company stated. “As we generate more volume with our customers, we believe in giving back to the community and the users who supported us from the very beginning. That’s why we’re making onboarding more accessible today - and why we’ll keep enhancing the platform as we grow.”
Brokurz will continue to ship new features across the product, with a focus on broker and agent workflows, compliance, and automation. The team expects to announce additional improvements throughout the year.
Brokurz provides an AI-powered virtual real estate brokerage platform - accessible via dashboard and API - so brokerages can operate with modern software for transactions, commissions, recruiting, marketing, and more.
