A new chapter for your brokerage
Introducing
AI Assistants.
Your favorite assistants. Connected to your brokerage.
Ready for your next move.
Kurz. Your built-in assistant. Start with a question, make a plan, and find your next move inside Brokurz.
Your next move starts with the right context.
Your brokerage already has enough tabs open. The conversation with your AI lives in one place. The client history lives in another. The follow-up you meant to send is still on your list.
Today, we’re introducing AI Assistants: a more connected way to work with AI inside Brokurz. Start with Kurz, your built-in assistant, or connect the assistants you already use. One workspace to see your team, manage connections, and choose what happens next.
This builds on Brokurz V2, our reimagined operating system for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. The idea is simple: bring useful AI closer to the work, with clear permissions and a clear place to manage it.
Less repeating yourself. More moving things forward.
With a supported custom connection and the permissions you choose, Grok Bot, Dots, or Muse can work with accessible lead context in your real estate CRM. Read a lead brief. Save a useful note. Prepare a personal SMS draft. Create a follow-up task. Hand a conversation back to the agent with a summary.
You can assign a supported assistant to a lead from My AI. That gives the conversation a clear owner. Connecting an account or making an assignment does not send a text; sending requires explicit access and the applicable nurture settings.
Our ambition is AI that helps you operate a more connected brokerage. The connector tools available today focus on CRM and follow-up work. Brokerage-wide operations remain part of the broader Brokurz platform, with their own tools and permissions.
The AI you choose. A workspace that feels like yours.
On Professional, connect your own OpenAI, Grok, or Claude API account and have a private conversation inside My AI. Move from planning your week to drafting a message without leaving your workspace.
These are new conversations saved in Brokurz. Your existing chats and memories stay with the provider. Private API chat is separate from granting an assistant access to your CRM, and a consumer chat subscription does not automatically include API usage.
Your business. Your permissions.
Start with read access. Grant CRM editing or SMS sending only when your workflow needs it. Connection status is visible, access can be revoked, and your team can take a conversation back.
Existing contact opt-outs, human takeover, conversation ownership, and daily AI texting limits continue to apply. Learn more about client nurture and explore the AI Assistants feature for a closer look at the workflow.
A few things you might be wondering.
What are AI Assistants in Brokurz?
AI Assistants brings Kurz and your connected assistants into one My AI workspace. Start with Kurz, connect supported Grok Bot, Dots, and Muse accounts for permitted CRM work, or use private API chat with your own OpenAI, Grok, and Claude accounts on Professional.
Which plans include AI assistant connections?
Growth and Professional include the ability to connect supported AI assistants. Professional also includes private API chat. You bring your own provider accounts and API keys; provider subscriptions and usage are billed separately by those providers.
Can a connected assistant run my entire brokerage?
The connector tools currently support accessible CRM leads, notes, SMS drafts, follow-up tasks, and permitted conversation handoffs. SMS sending requires explicit send access and an assigned conversation. These connections do not currently control commissions, compliance decisions, or the entire brokerage.
Will connecting an assistant automatically text my leads?
No. Connecting an account or assigning an assistant does not send a message. You decide whether to enable nurture and grant send access. Opt-outs, human takeover, conversation ownership, and daily AI texting limits still apply.
Does private API chat bring in my existing ChatGPT, Grok, or Claude chats?
No. Private API chat creates separate conversations inside Brokurz using your own API account. Existing provider chats, memories, and subscriptions stay in the provider’s application. API access and billing are separate from consumer chat subscriptions.
